What is Alphbanx?

AlphBanX is a decentralized lending platform on the Alephium blockchain: You deposit ALPH (the native token) as collateral to borrow ABD (AlphBanX Dollar, a stablecoin).

🧩 What’s behind it?

Collateralized Borrowing: Borrow ABD against ALPH as collateral. Interest Rate Control: Set your own interest rate—between 1% and 30%. Auction Pools: Profit from liquidations—buy ALPH at a discount in auction pools (5%, 10%, 15%, 20%). ABX Staking: Holders of the ABX governance token receive a share of platform fees. Guaranteed Redemption: Each ABD can be redeemed for ALPH worth $1 at any time—peg protection.

🔁 Looping: Smart leverage

Looping means you use the borrowed ABD to buy more ALPH, deposit it as collateral, and borrow even more ABD—multiple times:

1. Initial capital → ALPH → borrow ABD
2. ABD → more ALPH → borrow ABD again

This increases your leverage—more control over your assets, greater yield potential, but also higher risk.

💸 Further earning opportunities

Liquidation Auctions: Profit by buying undercollateralized positions at a discount. Fee Income: Earnings from borrowing fees and auction profits. ABX Staking: Passive income through fee sharing.
